Why do I want to be a vet?

When I was a chlid I always said that I wanted to be a vet beacause I've always loved animals and I dreamed whith have a looot of animals. After that in second or third year of highschool I was really confuse, all the people said me that Veterinary science it wasn't a good career and I even thinked study some engineering career like "Ingeniería en comercio exterior" or something like that because I love to travel, and also I thinked a lot about be a Chef because I really like to cook.

It was after my exchange year that I decided to be a vet definitely when my litttle cat called Saga realesed her babies and I had to help her because we were alone in home. This is one of my happiest memories in my whole life, and I decided that I wanted help animals and work whith all my life. 

Until now, I really liked my career and the university, the first semester it´s  a little boring but the voluntary practices in our farm motivate me a lot.

I not sure about in which area I´m going to work but I am really interested in Exotic Animals, I would love work in national parks or in wild animal´s rehabilitation and do a postgraduate study in another country and maybe work there for some time.
